Early registration to win

Win one of two gifts. Either a two nights free stay or a one night free stay at the Host Hotel*.  To be eligible you must register early for the Meet. Your Meet registration must be postmarked by April 15, 2024 to Theresa Jensen** AND planning to stay at the host hotel. The drawing will be at the Meet. 

 

Extra day for local activity

The Brookings Car Festival “Show & Shine/Come As You Are” event is June 9th. The Meet Committee arranged for the hotel rate to start June 8th. No pre-registration is needed to participate in the event. No judging. Sign up at Pioneer Park on June 9th from 9:00 am-11:30 am. The show starts at noon and goes until 5:00 pm. You can leave with your vehicle at anytime. The Dodge Brothers Meet does not start until the evening of Sunday, June 9th.

• Register as early as you can. Only 2 more handicap accessible rooms are available.

• If calling for reservations mention the Dodge Brothers Club for the special rate.

• $149.00 per night plus taxes includes breakfast, single King or double Queen rooms. All rooms are suites and have a L-shaped sectional couch with a pull-out bed.

• Pet friendly. Tell the hotel about your pets when making reservations. The hotel only allow pets in 1st floor rooms. Additional rate: $25.00 per night. Up to 2 pets per room. 30 pound weight limit.  When arriving or leaving pet must be in a kennel.

• Cut off date is: May 27, 2024 for this rate.

• If you are bringing a trailer, let the hotel know when making your reservation.

• If you are participating in the swap meet bring your own table(s).
